Overview

At JAC Marine, we are committed to providing high quality products and an exceptional customer experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and return policy is valid for **30 days** from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return :

  • The item must be **unused** and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be returned in its "original packaging".

Products not eligible for returns :

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software.
  • Personalized or made-to-measure items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or circumstances beyond our control.

To make a return, a **receipt or proof of purchase** is required. Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail of receipt and approval or refusal of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within **5 to 10 business days**.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after this time :
    1. First, check your bank account.
    2. Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing time may be required.
    3. If you still have no answer, please contact us at info@jacmarine.com.

Special offers and sales

Only items purchased at regular price are refundable. Items on sale or special offer cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged on delivery.

  • To request an exchange for an identical item, send us an e-mail to info@jacmarine.com and return the item to the following address: 815 Ch. Grand-Bernier Nord, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada J3B 8H8

Gifts

  • If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit equivalent to the value of the item will be issued.
  • If the item was not identified as a gift, the refund will be made directly to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, send it to

  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense and **are non-refundable**.
  • If the exchanged product is expensive, we recommend using a tracked service or adding shipping insurance. Groupe JAC Marine cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
